About the project
We upgraded this school with state-of-the-art facilities.
The New Holland Drive campus received:
- an upgraded resource intensive learning building
- 2 new double-storey learning neighbourhoods
- a new playground and basketball court
- extension and refurbishment of the Building the Education Revolution (BER) building
- landscaped outdoor spaces.
The Corrigans Road campus received:
- a new double-storey learning neighbourhood including a café, STEM and art spaces
- refurbished relocatable buildings
- landscaped outdoor spaces.
This school benefited from Victoria’s largest ever single investment in upgrading specialist schools, with 39 sharing $388.8 million.

What’s cooking at Marnebek School?
As part of Marnebek School’s recent upgrade, students at both the New Holland Drive campus and the Corrigans Road campus have brand-new kitchens and café spaces. These spaces will support the school’s cooking and hospitality program. They’ll also support students to build and develop their skills in general.
